![]() I have used a few different brands, I generally just tend to purchase oils that have the strongest concentration of rosemary in them, not necessarily ones made specifically for hair. I had gotten the suggestion to use rosemary from a friend who used it with some success to treat their alopecia. I went from my hand being covered in hair after shampooing to just maybe 5 or 6 hairs on my hand after shampooing. As a result, my hair is looking fuller than it did 4 months ago. To get straight to the point, after 3 months of using rosemary oil, I haven't noticed any new growth, but I have noticed a significant decrease in hair shedding. My hair loss isn't extreme, I have just noticed receding and a lot more shedding in the past year than I am comfortable with. Just thought I would share my experience with rosemary oil for anyone who is curious.
